1. Sponsorship applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis for all sponsorship levels and exhibit spaces.
2. CAF-FCA reserves the right to limit the number of program sponsors and exhibitors.
3. A sponsorship or exhibit space is secured only upon receipt of payment. Costs are quoted in Canadian funds. Please make cheques payable to the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum, 601-1420 Blair Towers Place, Ottawa, ON K1J 9L8.
4. CAF-FCA reserves the right to re-sell the sponsorship or exhibit space if payment is not received within 30 days of invoicing.
5. All payments are non-refundable, and CAF-FCA does not issue credits or exchanges for sponsorship or exhibit cancellations.
6. Acceptance of sponsorship does not imply endorsement of a sponsor or exhibitor’s products or services. Sponsorship does not entitle sponsors to speak from the podium during the conference, unless specified as part of the benefit package.
7. CAF-FCA reserves the right to decline any sponsor or exhibitor and/or amend the rules and regulation governing sponsorship at its discretion. Any payments received will be refunded if sponsorship is declined by CAF-FCA.
8. Sponsorships or exhibits not confirmed by April 30, 2025 may not be acknowledged in SET communication materials distributed prior to the conference.
9. By completing and submitting the sponsorship or exhibit application, you give consent to CAF-FCA to collect your personal information to process your form and to maintain contact with you for the purposes of managing sponsorship and exhibit
