Attendees must be a current Wolseley customer, ICP Dealer, vendor partner, Wolseley associate, or guest to attend.
Travel may not be postponed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, credited, or transferred.
Secrets Akumal Resort is an adults-only property; therefore, children are not permitted on the trip.
There are compulsory meetings at the destination that are included on the agenda.
Extending the stay (prior to or following the dates of the event) is not possible. Qualified participants and their guests must agree to travel in accordance with the schedule.
Wolseley reserves the rights to expel from the incentive trip any person who behaves inappropriately (inappropriate language, violent conduct, failure to comply with the rules in effect at Secrets Akumal, and any other unsuitable conduct). All cost incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
Wolseley reserves the right to cancel this event following company decisions or based on industry trends, changes, or health and safety concerns.
